During times of stress, we often don’t realize how much emotional energy we’re using just to get through each day. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, in pain, alone, struggling with family dynamics, or noticing recurring challenges in close relationships, having a space to talk about it can bring meaningful relief—and sometimes even be life-changing. Having a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment to explore difficult or overwhelming emotions and experiences can equip you to manage life’s more difficult seasons with greater clarity and self-understanding, and help you (re)find your joy in yourself and those around you.
The way we see ourselves and relate to others is shaped by our earliest relationships—our “blueprints.” Gaining insight into these patterns and how they influence our thoughts, perceptions, and experiences brings us awareness that affords us greater choice in how we respond, relate, and move forward.
As a therapist, my goal is to support you in clarifying how you would like your life to feel different, identifying the obstacles that may be standing in the way, and working with you to develop new ways of doing things and experiencing yourself and others in your life.
